Aroma:The nose is intense and complex with notes of citruses, green apple, peach and Quincy.

In the Cellar: Fermentation: Chardonnay: 100% in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 57 ºF, Rebula: 100% in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 57 ºF, Sauvignonasse: 100% in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 57 ºF. Maceration: Rebula and Chardonnay in French oak, Sauvignonasse in stainless steel tanks, sur lie for 6 months.
